Oblivion focuses on the feeling of forgetting and being forgotten. Because of this, the magazine heavily incorporated high-contrast photos, especially with blur effects. Additionally, the concept "Washed Up" told the fictitious story of a celebrity who had disappeared from the limelight and slowly went mad; as such, it uses overexposed photography to exaggerate the celebrity's notoriety and solitude.
